Sale of the management rights to the Mariner Mortgage Trust

At a unit holders’ meeting held on Thursday, 22 January, unit holders voted in favour of the resolutions to sell the management rights of the Mariner Mortgage Trust (MMT) and the Mariner Wholesale Mortgage Trust to Balmain NB Corporation Limited (Balmain). The transfer to Balmain was completed on 22 May 2009.
